I don't know the whole story but I have to say I don't feel a lot of sympathy for her just from this video. Too many cuts from the footage and my guess is she probably didn't mind getting arrested too much. Yes, the policeman could have been less of a jerk but I would get tired of dealing with that kind of crap, too. In a situation like that, if a police officer doing his job asked me to stop blowing bubbles, I would stop blowing bubbles.
Also, I take issue with news articles calling her "a young girl." She's not 8 years old, people.
Bridget, I kind of agree with you. I think the idea of it is just so funny though. "if you blow another bubble at me, I'll arrest you for assault" is kind of a joke. Not to mention he is pretty rude to her. I think she plays the innocent card too much though because she knows she is doing it to antagonize them. But the fact that he is SUING Youtube is ridiculous...
