I would have never really noticed them before we had alice, when we were on a more level playing field, but as far as comforting and soothing a child mothers have the advantage biologically. I also felt my hormones kick in overdrive as far a protection and care of alice after she was born and while jon also changed I don't think the changes are as innate (which was good because you definetly need balance in parenting) that being said I think either parent can be successful staying at home. As for me I love being ay home so much that I don't think I will go back to school for a long while, I am still enjoying the vacation feel of it all. And I love play group!talliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16381045345237786376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6386936670414405452.post-53248917619788094912011-02-25T13:40:34.414-07:002011-02-25T13:40:34.414-07:00Yet? Cait would have just popped a breast in his mouth, but I don't have that option, yet.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14999429103487593176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6386936670414405452.post-79661767081444384682011-02-25T04:55:06.922-07:002011-02-25T04:55:06.922-07:00Great post. Not the cleaning, etc., but the methodology of raising children.

In Tucson, sometimes there were dads at playgroup at the park. It wasn't a Mormon playgroup. Sometimes it was weird. Sometimes it was totally natural.

Good luck with all this!Bridgethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11339936940500165901noreply@blogger.com
